Wordpress Website Revision Turnaround Times

- Normal: 3-5 business days.
- HIGH: One business day if potential risk to functionality or client escalation (this type of task requires approval to change the priority, so please contact your CSM).
- URGENT: One business day if primary functionality is at risk (this type of task requires approval to change the priority, so please contact your CSM). Examples: Booking issues, contact forms, call tracking, analytics, website downtime.
- Note: Content must be provided or written before-hand in order for our team to be able to complete tasks. If we require clarification, you will receive an email with the comment from our dev team. Content creation requests must be made with your CSM.
SEO/Copywriting Turnaround Times

- Response Time: Our team will generally respond within three business days; actual resolution may vary. We cannot promise specific turnaround times for SEO adjustments, as these require research and tailored solutions. Copywriting generally takes about two weeks.
Ticket Submission Requirements

- Please contact your CSM for HIGH/URGENT status, if relevant.

- Please leave detailed change instructions with screenshots or videos attached.
- Please give specific file information for exact files you would like swapped or changes you would like made. Please make sure any images are labeled and uploaded to markup.
Duda Website Revision Times Note

- Duda Sites may need extra processing time due to build limitations, and expectations should be set with clients accordingly.
How Many Edits Are Allowed Per Month?
Clients With Marketing Plans:
1 hour per month of edits is included with your monthly marketing plan. Edits exceeding the 1 hour will be billed separately based on our standard hourly rate.
Clients Without Marketing Plans (Hosting & Revisions Only Plans):
Clients on our Full-Service Hosting & Support Plan receive 1 hour of monthly content edits, which can be submitted through our Revision Queue. Any revisions past the 1 hour per month will be subjected to additional hourly fees at our standard hourly rate.
Clients on Basic Hosting Plan or those using their own hosting do not have included revisions. However, edits can still be requested and will be billed separately based on our standard hourly rate.
