Website Build Process
1. Kickoff Call with Onboarding
Following your kickoff call, our team will officially begin building your website. This call helps us understand your goals, services, target audience, and any specific features your website needs.
2. Gathering Necessary Information
We’ll send you a checklist of required items such as logos, branding graphics, images, and key business details (services, service areas, etc.). Providing these early helps keep your project on schedule.
3. Homepage Design Review (Markup Link)
Once your homepage design is ready, you’ll receive a Markup link via email to review the layout. This review focuses on the overall design and structure—not the written content—and helps guide the rest of the website’s build. The same Markup link will remain active throughout the build process, so you can use it to leave comments or suggestions as other pages are completed.
4. Service & Location Pages Development
After the homepage design is reviewed, we begin building your service and location pages. These follow the same design direction and include all the relevant details gathered earlier.
5. Final Website Review
As we near completion, we’ll send you an email to review the entire site and share any last-minute adjustments before launch. We’ll also confirm your scheduled launch date so you know when to expect your site to go live.
6. Website Launch & Final Optimizations
On launch day, we push the site live and complete final performance, SEO, and functionality checks. We’ll also send you custom launch graphics you can use to share the big news on social media.
What Happens After Launch
Domain Propagation (Up to 72 Hours)
Once launched, it may take up to 72 hours for the new website to fully update across the internet. During this time, some users may still see the old version—this is completely normal and will resolve on its own.
Client Success Manager Follow-Up
After launch, your Client Success Manager will reach out to check in, answer any questions, and talk through next steps. We’ll also discuss ongoing support and ways to continue growing your online presence.
