Bullseye Pro offers robust social media tools that help you:

  • Schedule and manage posts via the Social Planner

  • Sync social accounts to respond to messages, comments, and reviews

  • Automatically publish 5-star reviews to social platforms

This article explains both connection points and their unique purposes.

📅 Part 1: Connecting Accounts to the Social Planner

The Social Planner enables you to schedule, edit, and publish posts directly through Bullseye Pro — similar to tools like Hootsuite or Later.

🔗 Steps to Connect Social Media:

  1. Go to the Marketing tab on the left sidebar.

  2. Click Manage Social Accounts.

  3. Click the platform you want to connect (e.g., Facebook).

  4. Log in and authorize access when prompted.

  5. Select your business account/page, then click Add.

  6. Repeat the process for each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

✅ Once connected, you’ll be able to:

  • Upload posts in bulk via CSV

  • Approve posts before publishing

  • Use drag-and-drop templates

  • Generate evergreen content with built-in AI tools

💡 Tip: This tool replaces third-party social planners — no need for a separate subscription!

⭐ Part 2: Connecting Accounts for Reviews & DMs

This feature enables Bullseye Pro to interact with your social accounts for:

  • Receiving and replying to direct messages (DMs)

  • Responding to comments and reviews

  • Auto-posting 5-star reviews to your feeds

🔗 Steps to Integrate for Review Management:

  1. Go to the Settings tab on the left sidebar.

  2. Click on Integrations.

  3. Find the section labeled:

    “Auto-sync ad leads, manage DMs, and respond to reviews/comments across Facebook & Instagram.”

  4. Connect your accounts following the same login/authorization process as above.

⚠️ This integration is not for scheduling posts. Use the Marketing > Social Planner for that.
