How to Access Your Bullseye Pro Account

🧭 Step 1: Check for Your Invitation Email

After your Bullseye Pro account is set up, you’ll receive an email invitation to create your user profile.

Sender: The email will come from Bullseye Pro’s system.
Subject Line: Usually something like “Welcome to Bullseye Pro” or “Set up your account.”
Didn’t see it? Be sure to check:
- Your Spam or Junk folder
- Promotions or Other inbox tabs (especially for Gmail or Outlook)
- Any custom filters or rules that might have hidden the message

If you still don’t see the invite after searching, please reach out to your Bullseye Pro contact, and we’ll resend it.

📝 Step 2: Create Your Login

Once you’ve opened the invitation email:

Click the setup link provided in the message.
You’ll be prompted to create a password. Choose something secure and easy to remember.
After setting your password, you’ll be able to log in immediately.

🔐 For security reasons, we do not set temporary passwords on your behalf. This ensures that your login remains private and reduces any chance of login issues.

👤 Step 3: Your Access & Permissions

By default, you will be given Admin-level access, which includes the ability to:

View and manage conversations
See reporting and campaign activity
Add or remove staff members (if needed)
Launch marketing tools (email, SMS, social media)

✅ How to Know You're Set Up

After completing setup:

You’ll see a confirmation that your account has been created.
You can log in anytime at https://app.bullseyepro.io or via your saved bookmark.

If you were successfully added, your name and email will appear in the “My Staff” section under Settings once you’re logged in.

You can use Bullseye Pro on your Android or Apple phone! Download the Leadconnector app and use your Bullseye Pro login details.

🚨 Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
Didn't receive the invite email	Check spam/promotions folders. If still missing, contact your rep.
Link expired or doesn't work	Request a new invite link from your Bullseye Pro contact
Trouble setting a password	Try using a different browser or clear cache; contact support if needed
Forgot your password later	Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page
