How to Access Your Bullseye Pro Account & Add your Team
Purpose: This guide walks you through how to access your Bullseye Pro account for the first time, including how to create your login credentials and what to expect.
🧭 Step 1: Check for Your Invitation Email
After your Bullseye Pro account is set up, you’ll receive an email invitation to create your user profile.

Sender: The email will come from Bullseye Pro’s system.

Subject Line: Usually something like “Welcome to Bullseye Pro” or “Set up your account.”

Didn’t see it? Be sure to check:

Your Spam or Junk folder

Promotions or Other inbox tabs (especially for Gmail or Outlook)

Any custom filters or rules that might have hidden the message

If you still don’t see the invite after searching, please reach out to your Bullseye Pro contact, and we’ll resend it.
📝 Step 2: Create Your Login
Once you’ve opened the invitation email:

Click the setup link provided in the message.

You’ll be prompted to create a password. Choose something secure and easy to remember.

After setting your password, you’ll be able to log in immediately.
🔐 For security reasons, we do not set temporary passwords on your behalf. This ensures that your login remains private and reduces any chance of login issues.
👷♂️Step 2b: Add Your Staff - *Its Important To add anyone who will be messaging from your team.*

As an admin, navigate to the Staff section.

Click Add Employee at the top right.

Enter the Employee's Name, Email, and Phone Number.

Set Roles and Permissions: Admin users will have broader access, while standard users (CSRs) will have limited permissions. Assign specific roles to streamline workflow.

👤 Step 3: Your Access & Permissions
By default, you will be given Admin-level access, which includes the ability to:

View and manage conversations

See reporting and campaign activity

Add or remove staff members (if needed)

Launch marketing tools (email, SMS, social media)

✅ How to Know You're Set Up
After completing your onboarding & Launch Meetings for Bullseye Pro:

If you were successfully added, your name and email will appear in the “My Staff” section under Settings once you’re logged in.

You can log in anytime at https://app.bullseyepro.ai/ or via your saved bookmark.
You’ll learn about any specific LIVE ETAs from the Campaign Coordinator and your Client Success Manager assigned to you.

🚨 Troubleshooting
