Getting your Account Ready on Bullseye Pro (BEP)

  3. Under the Business Profile Settings, verify and update the following fields:

    • Business Name and Legal Name

    • Business Email and Branded Domain

    • Website and Business Niche (Note: Niche is not essential at the moment)

    • Physical Address (This may be your IRS address. It will be updated once your A2P approval is complete, enabling video sending).

    • Authorized Representative (Ensure that the name, position, and contact details are filled out, preferably with the CEO or Owner’s information).

Additional Settings:

  • General Settings: Review and adjust preferences like duplicate opportunities, timezone settings, bot detection, voicemail settings, and missed call text back.

  • Voicemail Settings: Upload your default voicemail for phone numbers.

  • Contact Deduplication: Generally, keep this off to ensure your contact list is optimized.

  • Missed Call Text Back: Ensure this feature is enabled to respond to missed calls.


Step 2: Add Staff

Adding Employees:

  1. As an admin, navigate to the Staff section.

  2. Click Add Employee at the top right.

  3. Enter the Employee's Name, Email, and Phone Number.

  4. Optionally, assign a calendar for scheduling (not integrated with CRM).

  5. Set Roles and Permissions: Admin users will have broader access, while standard users (CSRs) will have limited permissions. Assign specific roles to streamline workflow.

Step 3: Customize Your Dashboard

  1. Your dashboard can be fully customized to reflect key metrics and opportunities relevant to your business.

  2. Add widgets such as Opportunity Status, Conversion Rate, and Funnel Stage Distribution to the dashboard.

  3. Explore options on the right side to add custom widgets and arrange them according to your preferences.

  4. This customization allows you to keep track of important data and easily navigate your account.
