📌 Overview

Bullseye Pro (BEP) offers a fully integrated Email Marketing tool under the Marketing tab, allowing you to:

  • Design and store email templates

  • Send personalized or mass email campaigns

  • Track engagement, clicks, and tags

  • Automate segmentation via Smart Lists


✏️ Step 1: Build or Choose an Email Template

Navigate to:

Marketing > Emails > Templates

Options:

  1. Email Marketing Templates – Pre-designed, customizable layouts (great for promotions).

  2. Blank Template – Start from scratch.

  3. Code Editor – For custom HTML (advanced).

  4. Design Editor – Drag-and-drop visual builder.

  5. Plain Text – Minimal formatting, simple text.

💡 Best Practice: Use templates for recurring emails (e.g., Tune-up Offers, Membership Welcome, Review Requests) to save time and maintain consistency.


📤 Step 2: Launch a Campaign

Navigate to:

Marketing > Emails > Campaigns > + New

Workflow:

  1. Choose from saved Templates

  2. Click Send or Schedule


📧 Campaign Delivery Settings

Sender Details:

  • Sender Email: Use a verified address tied to your BEP account for higher deliverability.

  • Sender Name: Display name (e.g., “Your Brand Name”).

Email Content:

  • Subject Line: Write a compelling opener, or use AI-generated text.

  • Preview Text: Short summary shown beneath the subject line in inbox previews.


👥 Step 3: Select Contacts

You can choose from:

  • Smart Lists: Pre-segmented contact groups based on filters you define.

  • Manual Selection: Pick contacts one by one.

Click the + icon to add contacts to your campaign.


📊 Tracking & Automation Options

Enable these toggles before sending:
