How Do I Give Relentless Digital Access to my CRM? (Service Titan, Housecall Pro etc)

To set up automations in Bullseye Pro (BEP), we’ll need secure access to your CRM. Depending on your platform, this can be done either by creating an admin user for us or by generating API credentials. Find the instructions below for your CRM :


Housecall Pro (HCP)

Option 1 – Create Admin User for Relentless Digital

  1. Log in to Housecall Pro.

  2. Navigate to Users & Roles.

  3. Click Add User → Select Admin role.

  4. Use the email format: Analytics+YourCompanyName@relentless-digital.com. (Ex. if your business name is Joe's Electrical, you would invite analytics+joeselectrical@relentless-digital.com)

  5. Save the user. We will receive the invite and set up our login credentials and all API key configuration. 

💡 Note: Housecall Pro charges $35/month for each additional admin user.

Option 2 – Generate API Key Yourself
This method avoids sharing login credentials with our team but requires some configuration on your end. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Apps in Housecall Pro by clicking the 3×3 square icon in the top-right corner of your account.

  2. Click the Go to App Store button at the top of your app menu.

  3. Scroll down or use the search bar to locate the Zapier app, then click Learn More.zap app

  4. Toggle the switch in the top-right corner of the page to activate your Zapier integration.toggle zap hcp

  5. In a new browser tab, go to Zapier and create a free account or log in.

  6. Search for Housecall Pro in Zapier and connect your HCP account by logging in.

  7. If struggling set up a draft Zap with a HouseCall Pro trigger, this will also make Zapier prompt you to sign in to Housecall Pro.

  8. Locate your API key in the Zapier app within Housecall Pro, by visiting the app page: https://pro.housecallpro.com/app/apps/details/zapier 

    • After enabling and connecting the integration, refresh this page, and the API code should display.zapier in hcp app

  9. Copy your API key and share it with us securely. We will configure all Zaps on our end, you don't need to share your Zapier login or account with us. 


Service Titan (ST)

Option 1 – Create Admin User for Relentless Digital

  1. Log in to ServiceTitan

  2. Go to Settings → People → Employees.

  3. Add a new employee as an Admin.

  4. Ensure Training Mode is disabled.

  5. Use the email format: Analytics+YourCompanyName@relentless-digital.com. (Ex. if your business name is Joe's Electrical, you would invite analytics+joeselectrical@relentless-digital.com)

  6. Save the user. We will receive the invite and set up our login credentials and all API key configuration. 

Option 2 – Generate API Credentials 
This method avoids sharing login credentials with our team but requires some configuration on your end. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ServiceTitan Go Environment: https://go.servicetitan.com.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → API Application Access.

  3. Click Connect New App.st api

  4. From the list, choose Zapier 3.0.X and click Connect.zapier 3.0 in st

  5. Review the requested scopes.

    • For Booking Provider, select No restriction.st booking permissions

    • ⚠️ Note: We need this to see certain actions in your CRM, like Job Complete. We will not send any data to your CRM, nor will we touch anything other than the initial connection. 

  6. Click Allow Access.

  7. Copy the following required credentials:

    • Tenant ID

    • Client ID

    • Client Secret (click Generate to create one).client creditenials ST

  8. Once you’ve collected this information, please share the Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret with us securely (e.g., via a password-protected file or secure communication method).


Sera

Option 1 – Create Super Admin User for Relentless Digital

  1. Log in to Sera.

  2. Navigate to User Management.

  3. Add a new Super Admin user.

  4. Use the email format: Analytics+YourCompanyName@relentless-digital.com. (Ex. if your business name is Joe's Electrical, you would invite analytics+joeselectrical@relentless-digital.com)

  5. Provide us with your login URL (e.g., https://companyname.sera.tech).

Option 2 – Generate API Credentials 
This method avoids sharing login credentials with our team but requires some configuration on your end. Follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to Sera.

  2. Go to Integrations → API Keys.

  3. Click Create API Key.

  4. Copy the generated key and share it securely.


Jobber

⚠️ Important: Jobber requires OAuth 2.0. API-only access is not possible. You can provide us your admin login or create us a new one. 

Steps – Create Admin User

  1. Log in to Jobber.

  2. Go to Settings → Manage Users.

  3. Click Add User → Select Admin role.

  4. Use the email format: Analytics+YourCompanyName@relentless-digital.com. (Ex. if your business name is Joe's Electrical, you would invite analytics+joeselectrical@relentless-digital.com)

  5. Save the user.

👉 If login credentials cannot be shared, we cannot complete automation setup.


Service Fusion

⚠️ Important: Service Fusion requires OAuth 2.0. API-only access is not possible. You can provide us your admin login or create us a new one. 

Steps – Create Admin User

  1. Log in to Service Fusion.

  2. Go to Admin → Users.

  3. Add a new Admin user.

  4. Use the email format: Analytics+YourCompanyName@relentless-digital.com. (Ex. if your business name is Joe's Electrical, you would invite analytics+joeselectrical@relentless-digital.com)

  5. Save the user.

  6. Provide your Company ID (found in account settings).

👉 If login credentials cannot be shared, we cannot complete automation setup.


JobNimbus

Option 1 – Create Admin User

  1. Log in to JobNimbus.

  2. Go to Settings → Team → Users.

  3. Add a new Admin user.

  4. Use the email format: Analytics+YourCompanyName@relentless-digital.com. (Ex. if your business name is Joe's Electrical, you would invite analytics+joeselectrical@relentless-digital.com)

  5. Save the user.

Option 2 – Generate API Key

This method avoids sharing login credentials with our team but requires some configuration on your end. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to JobNimbus.

  2. Navigate to Settings → API.

  3. Click Generate API Key.

  4. Copy the generated key and share it securely.


FieldEdge
