These tags support automated review requests and Google Business Profile (GBP)

job_completed:

  • Starts the AI-assisted review request process
  • BEP first asks the customer about their experience
  • If feedback is positive, the Google review link is sent
  • If feedback is negative, the process pauses so your team can follow up privately

review sent

  • Used when a simple review request text is sent
  • Sends the Google review link directly without AI qualification
